Robi Craig DDS

Robi Lynn Craig, DDS, PC

Dr. Craig grew up in Laverne, OK, and Moore, OK. Her mother worked in various dental offices which led Robi to start working in the dental field when she was 16! Robi has had almost every job available in dentistry, starting out as an assistant, then going to Dental Hygiene school, and then on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Craig attended Louisiana State University where she earned her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dental Facial Orthopedics. Robi loved New Orleans! In addition to orthodontics, she learned many things about Cajun cuisine and how to Laissez les bons temps rouler! (Let the good times roll!) Dr. Craig is famous for her crawfish boils!

In 2001, Dr. Craig moved to Norman with her husband Bob and bought the practice of Mack L. Rose Orthodontics. Since then, they have had three kids and are so happy to be back in Central Oklahoma where she gets to practice what she loves in so many great communities.

Dr. Craig is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of many organizations including:

  • American Association of Orthodontists
  • American Dental Association
  • Oklahoma Dental Association
  • Oklahoma Orthodontic Society

Ryan Streight DDS

Ryan A. Streight, DDS, MS

Dr. Streight grew up in Norman where he aspired to be an OU football player, a professional baseball player, a lead guitarist in a rock band, or a film director. While going through braces at the age of 12, Ryan would ask his orthodontist Dr. Mack L. Rose every question imaginable. “Why do my teeth move?” “How fast can they move?” “How do you know where to move them?” To which Dr. Rose replied, “You know what, Ryan? You should just grow up to be an orthodontist.” And the light bulb went off in young Ryan’s head.

Dr. Streight left Norman for a bit. He attended Washington University in St. Louis where he graduated with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. He came back to Central Oklahoma for dental school at the OU College of Dentistry.

After graduating from dental school he moved to Memphis, TN where he attended The University of Tennessee at Memphis and graduated with a Masters of Dental Science in Orthodontics and a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

While in Memphis, Dr. S learned that Elvis is probably really dead but that doesn’t stop people from dressing up like him and that BBQ is not BBQ unless it is pork. The Okie in him may not agree with that sentiment (who doesn’t love a good brisket?) but he did learn how to smoke a mean pulled pork and dry rub ribs.

While in college Ryan met his wife Lara. Lara was from Miami, so Ryan assumed he’d end up living in sunny Florida, but along the way, Lara fell in love with Oklahoma and the journey back was set in motion.

Dr. Streight and Dr. Craig had known each other for a few years and knew that together they could achieve great things. In 2011, Craig and Streight Orthodontics began. Since then Dr. S and his wife have had three kids and have enjoyed being back in his hometown community as well as getting to know the other communities in which he practices.

Dr. Streight is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. and a member of the following organizations:

  • American Association of Orthodontists
  • American Dental Association
  • International Association for Dental Research,
  • Oklahoma Dental Association
  • Southwest Society of Orthodontists

Dr. Heather Kierl - low res

Heather Kierl, DDS, MS

Dr. Kierl grew up in Sand Springs, OK. Thanks to family genetics, and a long stint in braces, she started telling everyone she was going to be an orthodontist at age 13! What junior high kid wants to be a dentist? It felt like it was just Heather! She wore her rubber bands religiously, was always on time to her appointments, and loved spreading the good word of braces since the 90s.

Dr. Kierl kept her Oklahoman status by attending Oklahoma State University and graduating with a degree in Nutritional Sciences/Pre-Med. She attended the University of Oklahoma for her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree and her Masters of Dental Science in Orthodontics. She can be seen cheering for OU if they are not playing OSU.

Heather met her husband, Philip, while she was in dental school. They were later married in 2014 and have two daughters, Vivian and Quinn. Drs. Kierl and Streight met through her husband, who was friends with Dr. Streight from school.

Together, Heather and Ryan had great times hanging out. They realized that working together could be awesome too! She truly enjoys working alongside Drs. Craig and Streight and looks forward to the growth in the communities their practices are serving.

Dr. Kierl is a member of the following organizations:

  • American Association of Orthodontists
  • American Dental Association
  • Oklahoma Dental Association
  • Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society
  • Southwest Society of Orthodontists

She also serves as an officer of the Oklahoma Association of Women Dentists where she enjoys spending time with female practicing dentists and mentoring female dental students.
